Blu & Exile – Below the Heavens
Released: 17 July 2007
Below the Heavens is a cult, underground classic LP by emcee Blu and producer Exile. BTH came during a transitory period in Hip-Hop, as social & digital media became a primary means of consumption.
Not long after the release of BTH, Hip-Hop would be treated to an army of newcomers that would go on to define the 2010s era, including: Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Drake, Wiz Khalifa, Big KRIT and more…but before them, there was BLU!
