★★★1/2–★★★★ : Very good; recommended to all fans of artist or genre.
This might be my favorite Mach-Hommy project yet, rivaled only by the elusive Luh Hertz. On Pray for Haiti, Mach-Hommy put his abstract style in the backseat , in favor for an overall more accessible release. However, here on Balens Cho (Hot Candles), Mach-Hommy returns as an abstract, hard-to-undestand wordsmith – with proper production to match.
