Sim Simmaz delivers another thoughtful and cerebrally executed album with Sometimes I Might Be Introvert (SIMBI). SIMBI bleeds dichotomous self-awareness, and feels like a natural follow-up to 2019’s grey AREA, while simultaneously feeling like it’s own thematic project.
Simz gives listeners both vulnerable introspection as well as playful tunes, all while staying lyrically tactful. 19 songs, 1-hour+ – NO RAP FEATURES. Very few rap artists can do this, and much less do it for the entirety of an album. Give Simz her flowers! She did it yet again!
