On Heavy is the Head, Ransom improves on virtually every critique I made on his Director’s Cut Scene 3 and SE7EN projects – namely: inconsistent mixing, repetitive beats, and loosely tied themes/subject matter. Big Ghost and Ransom have uncanny chemistry on this 10-song project, and deliver a thematic experience both lyrically and sonically.
This is the best project I’ve heard from Ransom!
★★★★: Excellent; recommended to all fans of artist or genre.
