Denzel Curry “ZUU”(REVIEW/REACTION)

Denzel Curry – ZUU

Released: 2019 31 May

Zuu feels like a tribute album to Carol City and Dade County in Miami, FL. From the heavy Miami Bass on tracks like the 2 Live Crew influenced “Shake 88 ft Ice Billion Berg” to full, direct tributes to the city such as on “CAROLMART ft Sam Sneak“, Zuu delivers a unique Miami experience through the eyes of Denzel Curry.

At just 12 tracks and 29 minutes, Zuu is thick enough to give listeners various looks, with amazing production by FNZ, yet short enough to leave you yearning for more. It’s Denzel’s best project thus far. Very well executed!
